J.B. Klein Gallery Music Month Gala Opening
January 2012
An exhibition celebrating the work of artists and photographers with a thematic focus on musicians and music.
JB Kline and Son Gallery in Lambertville, NJ
I will be exhibiting several painted instruments, the featured one being a
portrait of Jeff Klein, the gallery owner, and also owner of J.B.Klein & Son music store.
Other artists exhibiting their works include Catherine Sebastian, her portraiture, performance and candid photographs of musicians on and off stage. Long time wife of John Sebastian of the Lovin' Spoonful, she has included many illustrious icons.
Also included in the show are works by photographers of local musicians, artists painting with a music theme and artists who design instruments with mosaics, sculpture and objets d'art.

displaying her painted violins at the
Sand Castle Winery in Erwinna, PA during the String Duo performance.

The Annual Stockton Inn Musical Festival (formerly Jazz Fest),featuring
famous entertainers
playing Blues, Zydeco, Jazz, Blue Grass, Polka, Singer Songwriter, etc.
will be back on May 24, 2009.
I'll be displaying a selection of pieces then.

The Stockton Blues Festival September 2008
The painted instruments were displayed at the Blues Fest and appear on
the video of the event.
With ten bands, a guest visit from Duke Robillard, Deb Callahan, Otis &
the Hurricanes, and James Armstrong and another blistering appearance
from closing by the New York City Blues Queen Roxy Perry, Don Mayer Band
and other exciting bands, the Stockton Inn will be electric. The weather
was fantastic and the warm breeze kept the crowd comfortable as they
enjoyed listening to the many excellent blues artists. DVDs of the event
with the artists will be available shortly. The weather has no impact
while the performances take place under the dining pavilions beside the
water gardens at the Stockton Inn.
